Pacl — Maturity amount not received

Hi, My name is LINGRAJ. My Mother SUSILA is having investment with PACL via Registration no. U1BS339773 issued dated[protected]. As per terms said policy has been matured on dated[protected], My Mom hs submitted all required documents for maturity but still she has not received her maturity amount. I am Vasantha Kumari, after maturity we have submitted the original documents and received the receipt for it on 19/08/2014 in Thousand lights branch chennai. But till now we didnt receive any call from them or letter from them. What is the procedure and address to get the payment . please help regarding.
