Dear Sir, My PACL policy Registration No. U[protected], & date of commencement 02/06/10, S.N, CB39B 7163652. Amount of instalment Rs. 5460 for 5 year terms. I have made 3 years installment but now due to my personal issues I want to surrender the policy. I contacted to my Agent many times but did not get and positive response from him. my agent code is [protected]. I want to surrender my policy as soon as possible .
