Pacl — Refund not paid by PACL

I had invested Rs.10000/- in PACL, Hyderabad with due date on 30/04/2014. On 06/08/2014 i applied for buy back but till date i have not received the refund of my invested money. I have been rigorously following up with the company officials but i donot see any progress, every time they ask me to come after 3 months. I even called their HO customer care center asking for the status of my refund money. after verifying they told me that my application has not been submitted yet. I donot understand how can they be so unprofessional and unorganized.
