I have placed the order for ptron high quality earphone metal bass headphone with mic for my moto g4 phone vide order id. Lo6884327 on 4.11.17, today at 3pm said item delivered, when i tried to use the earphone, i found that item is a defective, not working, seller made me disappointed. So kindly look into matter, replace the good one or refund my money, i ll never do any shopping through your latest one, first experience with you is good lesson for me.
