I made a payment to credit plus service to paisabazaar to resolve my negative account. As mentioned in their website, they promised that will cordinate with the bank and get the negative accounts closed but instead the representative from Paisabazaar told me that they use to have this service before and now they dont have this service available now. As if this is the case I have the right to get a refund from them. I am attaching the voice reocrding of the conversation with the paisabazzar representative,
