Hi,
I booked one flat in pal Garden in
2009 and allotted a 2BHK flat of size 1250 Sqft in tower-F.
I have paid a amount of around 15L/- whereas the total cost of the flat was around 27L/-
Initially payment ( Around 12L) was done directly to the Pal builder but later the construction and finance was controlled by association PAWA(Pal Allottees Welfare Association) so two installments of 1.5L each were given to the association as well. But later due to my mail ID change communication to the association was also lost.
Now it's almost 15 yrs now but project still not completed.
Please help me how I can recover my hard earned money back. Was this information helpful? |
