Submit application for change name for my pan card name sunita meena instead of sunita in my pan card no fspps9973a, i submited all decoment along with application but some other require of veriffication certificate signed by gazetted officer (Annexure-a) (Original), also send on 03.10.2019 by speed post vide no ed[protected] in ivr:[protected] to panind ser unit, 5 site pin 110018. But no action taken your end
Pleas require necessary action.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
