I am mela ram garg, i am regular customer of pansonic brand i bought 55 inck 4k uhd led t. V. 55’’ led th-55dx650d from shree govindam 40-d-block sri ganganagar rajasthan india 335001 on[protected] with invoice no.188. They given me in writing warrenty for 3 years. My led is not running properly from[protected] for this purpose i lodge a complain on custome care with reference no. R[protected] at 6.22 pm. After that service center executive told us that the pannel of led is defective so that he raise a complain to change the screen after that screen in not avilable at ware house for this, complete unit should be changed as per asm mr. Amul chawla, pradeep pandey and mr manish kakkar ji. But my problem is still pending i talked with mr. Pradeep and mr. Amul & manish kakkar so many time but response not satisfactory eventhough misguided so many times at all, i have all the records and call details with recording. I want to know what the exact problem with my issue, which is not resolve till now i am totally disappointed with the service of panasonic, and mentally harrase, totally exhausted and forced to do some legal action due to negligancy redarding my issue. Kindly solve my complaint up to[protected] otherwise i will go in the social media and forced to take legal action through consumer court, i will not be liable for any damage of company’s reputation and any other losses i was misguided so many time. Please reolve my issue as soon as possible.
