Panasonic — A good caption to change our lifes with worst products

Hi i have purchased Panasonic 4star Air conditioner for the first few months it worked good but after 3 months started problems which is unsolved till now last year after fighting with you people changed the inner unit but still the same problem exists and no one is responding as it was taken from the dealer you people say your not responsible for the servicing only dealer will do the servcing but dealer is not responding so please look into this matter or please let me know the next steps so that we can move forward if you people are unable to solve the problem...
