Panasonic — basic wet service of my split-ac not done

Sir/madam,

Even though i bought your premium model of split ac (Panasonic), you are not able to provide me the basic wet service of my ac when i am ready to pay for it. Given you repeated reminders but you are not responding. Therefore if you donot come and complete my wet service of ac then i will have no other option but to approach the consumer court. I brought an AC on 17/04/18 but it is not delivered. They said that the product gets delivered within 24hrs. I tried to contact to the Panasonic helpline but they said the store is responsible for the delivery of the product, and the delivery store is not responding properly . so what should I do??
