Panasonic — Complaint for AC not working properly and timer automatically switching off the AC (though not being set)

Hi, I had placed a complaint with Panasonic India at their Customer care number[protected] on 16th Feb, 2015 since my AC was not working properly, the compressor kept getting switched off even in Cool and Dry mode and the AC was getting switched off by itself. The gave me the complaint registration number as R[protected] and said that the service centre person will call me. I got a call on 16th evening from the service center executive and he told me that his company will not be able to provide with the service since the pincode is mentioned incorrectly in the address which I had provided and they do not provide service to my area (As per him, I gave my own pin code incorrectly). He wanted me to contact Panasonic India and ask them to update my pincode, which I did the same day and informed them about the complaint going to the wrong center. They said they will route I got a call to the correct center. On 17th morning another service center person contacted me and said the same thing again. He wanted me to contact Panasonic India again, which I refused to do and he said he will do it from his end. I did not receive any intimation till the 19th and on 19th I had called Panasonic India again, where they said that my complaint has been cancelled by the service center itself. They registered a new complaint for this and the complaint number is R[protected]. The service engineer visited my place on Friday (20th February, 2014) and check the AC which involved just lifting the cover from the indoor unit. He had informed me that the coil is leaking and requires replacement or repair. I asked him for the cost involved (paid him Rs. 150 for visiting) and he told me that he will check with his manager and get back to me the same evening. I took the contact number of the manager and called him in the evening to enquire the price and he said he would get back. I called them nearly 10 times after that and they said the same thing again and again. I got frustrated and called Panasonic India again on Tuesday(24/02/15) to register a complaint against the service center. They raised as escalation and said the escalation team will get back to me in a day, I got a call from the escalation team on Wednesday and they said they will give me the contact number of the service center and I can call them to get the details I require. I informed them that I have been doing that since Friday and cannot do it anymore. So they said that they will contact the center and get back to me. I did not receive any reply till today (27/02/15) so I had called them back and asked them for the status, they said they will get back to me in an hour. I called them again and they again started repeating the same steps for me to follow. I have got frustrated and irritated with this complete lack of customer service and sheer negligence. Buying a Panasonic product was the worst decision was completely foolish on my part and I'm paying for it now, but I will also ensure to never buy a Panasonic product again.
