[Resolved] Panasonic — complaint for defective phone | |
i had purchased panasonic p11 on 14/04/2014 from ebay vide record no. 14655. From the day 1 its touch was not working properly. i was not at all satisfied with the phone because they had delivered the defective phone. i have called them many times since then but they have not replaced my phone. they have stopped receiving my phones even.and i have read many reviews online about this phone that many customers have received defective phones from the company. they too have touch issues. even they have received a broken touch screen phone. so its company, s fault. when i talked to panasonic customer care they told me to go to service centre at neelam bata road and when i went there they are demanding rs.5800 to replace the touch even if it is in warranty. and moreover i have received the defective phone, . so its not my fault. its your responsibility to satisfy your customers. so i request you to kindly replace my panasonic p11 at the earliest or refund my money. i am not at all satisfied with this phone. i request you to respond at the earliest.
