I bought an panasonic ac on 24/4/2016. It was installed on 30/04/2016. After one week i complained to panasonic service due to non cooling. The man who came to find fault told that gas has been leaked. The installer men came few days later and filled up the gas. After 2/3 days later i felt less cooling and complained to service centre. The company engineer found that gas has been leaked again. I requested the panasonic company to change the product.In reply they informed me that they would repair the product only. I denied the offer and insisted to replace the product.In two months i have use it hardly 10 days. I want the company to be punished for their harassment to set an example. Is your issue resolved now? I too have similar noise and poor cooling issue from pathetic Panasonic AC bought on 26th May 2016. I have asked for AC replacement, if they don't agree I will document all the issues and post it on social media. I'm planning to shoot a video of all the noise issues and post it on Youtube and . Also I have made it very clear to the dealer that if the AC is not replaced I will pack the AC and deliver it to his place. He can't just wash off his hands selling faulty products. This should be a lesson to these foreign companies and dealers looting the public.
