[Resolved] Panasonic — Delay in processing my complaint ID PI-ASC[protected] | |||
I have lodged my complaint with panasonic customer care number [protected] on 07.11.2014 and ID No PI-ASC[protected] was given to me. One representative from company visited on 08.11.2014 and said one part is to be replaced. After that numerous times I have contacted to the person concerns and they have assured me that the said part will be replaced as early as posssible. Thereafter it was told me that it would be replaced by 24th Nov. (Monday). Even till today 26th Nov. nobody came to replace the part. Moreover now the concern person is even not responding to my call. I hope that neccessary action will be taken at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
