I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delayed installation of my AC. The scheduled installation date was 24-April-2023, and I received a call informing me that the installation would be delayed until 25-April-2023. However, as of today, 25-April-2023, I have not received any further updates or communication from your team.
I reached out to your customer service department, and they informed me that the installation will be delayed yet again and will now take place tomorrow. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, the lack of communication and delay in the installation has caused me inconvenience and discomfort.
Despite my repeated attempts to obtain information about the installation of the AC, their team has failed to communicate with me proactively. Instead, I have had to make multiple calls to their customer care or service center to seek updates. Unfortunately, each time I contact them, I receive the same response that the installation will happen "Kal Hogi" (tomorrow).
Furthermore, this delay has already happened twice with the same excuse, and I am not confident that the installation will occur tomorrow as promised. Due to this poor after-sales service, I am concerned about the reliability of this company in the future, and I would like to request a full refund with GST.
I believe that this step is necessary since I cannot rely on their commitments and it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I hope that they will consider my request and take prompt action to resolve this matter.
