I bought panasonic split ac on 31/05/2015. Little did i know that i have bought headache, a complete mental stress in the form of ac. Since 2015 i've emailed many complaints but team has failed to resolve the issue. The ac is not cooling at all. The engineers from panasonic checked and says the compressor is faulty and needs replacement. The compressor is under warranty for 5 year but panasonic asking me pay for the gas that will be leaking out in the process of replacement. The team (Jasmeet area manager) has threatened me to bear all the expenses or the ac lies non functional. I've sent so many emails since 2015 to replace the whole ac but so far i have received threats, fake promises but not the solution. The temperature is unbearably hot and i, even after paying high amount for ac, dying in heat. I want my money back immediately. I don't want to suffer for trusting the brand panasonic
