Its just crossed 3 years (I am not sure but would be less than 3yrs) I purchased 43 inch led smart TV (Shinobi pro). Since purchase until last week, this was working so smoothly without any issues except some remote issue which I was fine at that time. However, now the screen got blinging and shaken and I was contacted to customer care yesterday. Executive updated that its because of Panel and needs to be replaced which will cost me around 17, 500. My concern is I already paid 50k for the purchase and within 3 years o[censored]sage again I need to spend an another 17k which is not a good sign for your brand. How this type cost would bear by an average customer like me. We never had any faulty usage and no power variation happened or any continuous usage but still issue came up with panel which is pathetic. If possible, please provide some relief to your customers to stay at your brand in future. I recommended everyone Panasonic under the assumption that you will treat your customer with high priority but somehow it is broken. I don't know what to do with this faulty piece. Either I need to throw this into any garbage or please fix a solution for this case.
