sir,
I have purchased the panasonic mobile on 05/07/2015 from Ready phone Vadodara
amounting to Rs.6606/-. On 10/07/2015 Friday night the mobile suddenly switch off
and not restart. On Saturday & Sunday the Customer Service Centre is closed due to IDD/Rathyatra & Sunday. My son contacted on 20/07/2015 Monday and mobile hand set is taken over by your CSC for onwards sent to Company for repairing & tell them at least 1 month time taken.
It is not understood that it is a mobile fault and your company is responsible for that, for 1 month what can i do without mobile. Kindly replace the same at the earliest please.
Failure which i will compel to approach consumer forum for justice please.
