Hi Manish
My handset is started hanging since 3rd month of purchase and adaptor is faulty within 4days of purchase.
This is really pathetic that my phone is under repair since two weeks and I didn't got any response from ur service team.
I tried to get update from your contact centre but didn't get any satisfactory response. They replied due to system updation we are not able to provide any details regarding your service order.
And this is really very bad experience of mine in any of the contact centre.
When I ask service centre for the loner set they told me we don't have such policies. So in urgent need I had purchased another phone from Samsung. So the handset of no use of mine.
Please collect the handset from the service centre. And I need refund. In future I will never ever suggest anyone to get any product from this brand.
Please find the attachment for the details of my service order & do the needful.
