We have bought 43 inches Smart TV from the Girias, RA puram Chennai showroom in the month of January. Within one week we had issue in the audio. Service person came to fix the issue and the issue was not resolved but we have got the a line in the panel which is additional issue. Again we have raised the issue the service person changed the panel and no action has been taken against the audio. TV is not even one year old but we have raised the complaint several times. We have issue in the video as well now. The service person has changed the motherboard and promised that the issue will be resolved but it is not resolved yet.
We are asking for replacement. But the service person coming home every time saying that please give us one more chance to fix the issue. In few months our warranty is getting over. Tired of calling the showroom person. Everyday we are taking the video and sending to the showroom person but no action taken.
It is the worst decision we have taken to purchase the Panasonic brand. Had very bad experience. Was this information helpful? |
