I, Abhijit Das had complained regarding my broken case of microwave oven turntable glass to Panasonic customer care and was told that it be taken care of as my product is under warranty period.
The local service center guy then called and asked for product ID so that they can order the glass and informed me that I will be charged for that. I agreed and asked to replace and repair my product as early as possible.
It has now been more than three weeks and still my issue is not resolved. I called Panasonic service center again and again but the situation is still the same. I called the local service center guys but they don't even bother to pick my call.
