I purchased Panasonic P-51 from Reliance Digital at Amanora Centre, Pune, vide Bill No. 60094284. EAN# :[protected] for Rs. 16, 699/- on 30/04/2014.
After a couple of months, the handset started getting DEAD, frequently.
Twice a month, I use to visit the Authorised Service Centre, to get it repaired.
Meanwhile the service centre changed the battary, replaced the Charging socket (Collected charges from me, of course), but the problem is not yet resolved.
Today, the engineer, at Service Centre, asked me to lodge a complaint & ask for Replacement or Refund.
Kindly let me know the further actionables.
