My self a jagdish kumar i had purchsed panasonic mobile P41 near six month before, but my phone touch screen not working on 16.03.2015, I submited the phone your service centre raipur (CG) on dtd 17.03.2015 vie job no.KJASPCH008315K1421 . till date there is no response on your side several times calling to customer care but till date they are not giving proper details providing to me. If you will not provide the parts then you will take may phone and return the my actual phone price . Therefore i request you to kindly look in to the matter on urgent bases Thanking You.
