Panasonic — Neither getting service nor the ewc card in spite of paying in advance

A panasonic sprlit a. C was purchased in feb'13. Before completion of warranty the ewc (Annual maintenance contract) was done. Service was ok under ewc. Before completion the ewc for renewal the same annual service amount was deposited to the dealer but inspite of regular request neither getting service nor the ewc card.
