[Resolved] Panasonic — no information for replacement of LED TV | |||
i complained regarding to my Panasonic 40LED TV on[protected] for screen panel not working. technician came on[protected] and inspected and told that panel is not working and they will have to change the panel and they took all the necessary things. after 1week on calling them they informed that panel will have to be changed and they have ordered that. again after 4-5 days when i inquired about the process they told me that panel has arrived in ahmedabad and due to some GATI transport internal problem panel has not come yet but will definitely come within 1-2 days. then after 1 week i again called them and then i came to know that panel is not available in the company so company will replace the TV. but till date i have got no reply inspite of calling them frequently. my panasonic complaint no. is ASC[protected].
