[Resolved] Panasonic — No Replacement nor necessary repair action during warrenty on new tv. | |
Panasonic . complain reference no. PI[protected]. Dated: 30th Sept.14.
Had a plasma tv with warrenty valid till next year. Got defective. Panasonic informed that plasma tv is phased out.and no more manufactured. Requested me to pay more money to take LED Tv at dealer price. My Initial cost Was Rs.56000 and now I paid Rs.34000/- to get the LED. NOW new Tv delivered but with a visible black spot on screen. Complain lodged within 24hr of installation. Above is the complain no. Now they Responded that the black spot is not a problem and if it grow they will readdress. I explained that...technically may be correct...but fact is that the black spot is visible during viewing right at the center of the screen. as a customer if I am Spending money on a high end model tv...is only for a good picture quality.they (panasonic) identifies the spot but want to closes up the case without rEplacement. viewing a high end model new tv with spot. Kindly note: i have all correspondences evidences with panasonic service engineer vide email. Was this information helpful? | |
