We had purchased slit acc in last year january 2017 along with washing machine.
The company duty is to get record of date and time of service and maintanence.
Here the first three service are free within the period of one year.
The company didn't made proper and even all three service any blaming to customer that it's costumer duty to keep service track and record. The panasonic company and department are not responsible the keep record and schedule of service
