I have purchased a Panasonic 42 inch LED smart tv on 20th February 2018. After using it for a month the TV got some display issue. I immediately contacted the dealer from where i purchased the TV and they raised a complaint with Panasonic regarding the same(Reference No : R[protected].
The technician visited my place and checked the TV and said that the display is broken and you will have to get a paid replacement for the same.
i was watching the TV when this display issue happened and there was no physical damage from our end but still i was told that the warranty wont cover this.
This is really unfair as there was some issue with the TV because of which this happened.
I tried to speak to the customer support team about this but they just disconnected the call.
