We purchased a Panasonic icube A/c in the year 2011 its been only 4 years for the first time we faced the problem that a/c compressor got busted but lucky me that it was in warranty I filed a complaint for the same they visited our home and they assured us that they will change compressor within 2 to 3 days maximum . Their first visit was on 26/07/2015 post that they have visited 5 times making a mockery out of it every time they said the technician will visit soon . They gave us n no.of mobile number of service center MS services for Panasonic .
Mr. Srikant Sharma - (owner of MS services ) .Who never listen to you will just pass the phone to Mr.Arjun (who sits on reception )
And above all Mr Arjun who make excuse like technician ki tabiyat kharab hai, kal parts aa jayenge jhajjar se so on and soo forth but Kal (tomorrow) never comes .
Finally the technician Mr.Ravi who always say I am out of station talk to our boss Mr. Srikant Sharma and the loop begins again and again .
Finally we got no. Mr Ravi Sethi (area service manager ) who is also the same expert in passing the torch to Srikant Sharma
Panasonic being such a brand if they hire such kind of people it is very unfortunate to say they should shut down their customer service department .
In the end I would request you please take this complaint on priority basis or you can just tell us that we should just stop buying Panasonic products for future .
