Dear sir
I have a panasonic double door fridge which i purchased in 2013. Three weeks ago i registered a complaint as the fridge door wasn't shutting properly. The technician came and said he would do something with which the door would shut and it wasn't necessary at that time to replace the gasket costing rs. 1100. He also said thar if any problem recurred within one month i wouldn't need to pay the service charge again.
Within 4 days the door stopped shutting and i contacted the technician. Since the past two weeks i am being told the part is not available. I have even registered a fresh complaint on the panasonic helpline 3 days ago but no one has visited.
Very conviniently the part will become available once a month is over so that i am forced to pay the service charges again. Is this how a brand like panasonic treats its long term customers.
I request you to look into this and expidite my problem since in this weather it's impossible with the fridge door not shutting.
