Dear sir, i have submitted my panasonic p31 (IMEI [protected]) cell phone to your authorised service centre (s.v.s. electronics bellary - 583101, state - karnataka (INDIA) due to touch not working & hanging on dated 8th sept, 2015. your job card sheet no. 1086. So many times visited to your service centre, no positive response from him. already one month over this is too much. & take appropriate action as soon as possible. 80 days over till date i have not received my Panasonic P 31 mobile from Authorised service center. Its SHAME to PANASONIC.
Plz. take appropriate action against to PANASONIC MOBILES.
Its indicates poor customer services.
