Panasonic — Panasonic UHD LED,Black patches over a display

1. Purchased Panasonic UHD LED (TH49FX600D+TKZ4WX50101C) from
Vijay Sales Vashi Branch, Navi Mumbai dated 18 Dec 2018.
2. The mentioned above product displayed black patches on the screen
within few months of Warranty Period.
3. From my end after lodging service complaint, service team identified
dust causing the issue and has cleaned by team with confirmation that
issue will not reoccurred again. After 15 days started facing same
problem, again team visited and cleaned display from back end.
4. Service team gave confirmation that it will repeat the same issue. But
issue was consistent.
5. In the next call they have replaced display panel saying there was issue
with the display panel. Even after replacement of display panel issue
started again was patches displayed over screen much more visible than
earlier.
6. Since then cleaning was the only solution gave by service team which
was completely insane and harassing being customer.
7. After talking few days back with Panasonic branch head Mr. Parvez has
bluntly replied that we can't guaranty on purchased even though product
was in warranty. He has clearly gave signal that " You can do whatever
you want against us. We will service you but can't give you permanent
solution against the issue.
8. Since the product purchased itself is the faulty one delivered and
support/service received by Panasonic team is harassing us.

current Status :-
1. Panasonic service team took away the product along with them and
cleaned the display panel again and ready to deliver the product.
But we are not ready to take it back without assurance that the same
issue will not occur again. But team is forcing us to take back the
product as we can't do anything about it.

Request :-
1. We are facing harassment due this and want a strict action the local
Panasonic team.
2. We want refund of the amount and penalty to be impose to the
Panasonic local team as per standard for delivering faulty product.

Even after 5 days, no updates on the complaint.
Kindly please help us, we have faced a lot of harrassment due to Panasonic team.
