[Resolved] Panasonic — PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE | |||
****CONSUMER AWARENESS, NEVER EVER BUY A PANASONIC ****PRODUCT, AS THEY PROVIDE PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE, I AM THE OWNER OF 42 INCH 3D SMART VIERA, AND AFTER THE COMPLETION OF 8 MONTH MY TV HAS STARTED GIVING THE PROBLEM. THIS GOD DAMN BUNCH OF GARBAGE DONT EVEN TURN ON NOW, WHEN I LOGGED THE COMPLAINT TO THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID THAT SPECIFIC PART WHICH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THEY DON'T HAVE IT BUT THEY ARE ARRANGING IT, AND I SHOT MANY EMAIL TO THEM FOR THE SAME I ALSO CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT ONLY THING WHICH I GET FROM THESE PPL ARE APPLOGIZATION, IT BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW THEY ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN FIXED EVEN AFTER INFORMING THEM THAT I WILL ESCALATE THIS MATER TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
