I Had purchase a new Panasonic P11 mobile phone on 03/08/2014. On 11/08/2014 i faced a problem of overheating, buzzing sound in incoming call. I contact to service centre on 14/08/2014 he told me that come to service centre on 18/08/2014. Due some reason i submitted my phone on 20/08/2014 to Panasonic authorised centre. My complaint PI-CS[protected]/Mr Dharmendra Dalwe/ Smart Phone. On 22/08/2014 i got a call that the phone has send to H Q as not repaired here. With regular follow up i get back my phone on 05/09/2014. My complaint had not resolved by the company where as new problem is started i.e. Fluctuation in display. when i call to service centre the person say u had follow up with HO contact them. Brand Slogan "Panasonic ideas for life? But this phone make my life hell. When i ask for costumer care for about the replacement policy the person or company had silent on this. I had purchase a phone on emi & i had enjoy o[censored]sing a phone. will you please guide what will i do. Can i go with consumer court. Regards; Dharmendra Dalwe
