[Resolved] Panasonic — Repair of TV | |||
It is with regret and frustration I wish to bring to your notice about deficiency of service and lackadaisical attitude of M S Electronics, the authorized Service Centre, Shop No 8, 10, 11, Ist Floor, Dharampali Palace, Bhoja Market, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector 27 Noida 201301(UP), Phone[protected] and also of the Area Incharge Noida Mr Sumit Gulati [protected]. My TV Model No TH –P42X20D got defective on 29 Sept 2014 and I registered a complaint No. 018462 on which no action was taken and on my repeated queries I was apprised that it has been cancelled by M S Electronics on their own without even visiting our house to check the TV. Thereafter again I lodged a complaint with Customer Care on 14 Oct 2014 and complaint number 066784 was given. The service center did not attend my request . After repeated requests to Customer care center I managed to get a representative of Service Centre to check my TV Set. I was told that the TV needs to be carried to their Service centre. On 05 Nov it was carried to Service Centre by a representative of M S Electronic Noida (UP). Thereafter I have been regularly following it up with Mr Mool Chand who is owner of Service Centre M S Electronics Noida. Mool Chand rarely picks up the call and whenever he picks up he says that the TV will be returned in two days. Interestingly whenever I call Mool Chand, within few minutes I get a SMS from Panasonic Service Centre that I am not reachable on phone and I should contact Servcie Centre. This has happened several times and I have repeatedly brought it to the notice of Customer Care. I have been constantly following it up with Customer Care help line and have lodged many complaints and have also requested for escalation but to no avail. It is a matter of great concern that a company of such a repute is harassing a customer. I have been deprived of the facility of a TV for last three months. Following is requested :- 1. My TV may please be returned back at the earliest 2. In case the TV cannot be repaired in near future, an alternate TV may be provided till the time TV is repaired. 3.In case Panasonic is not in position to repair the TV, even then we should be informed so that we can think of an alternate course of action Action taken on the points mentioned above may please be intimated to us.
