Panasonic — Service and repair of my 32" LCD TV | |||||
I own a 32" LCD TV of Panasonic make. Over the last month the TV developed a snag and a faint sound has started to come from the rear of the TV. We registered a complaint with the company and a service engineer visited my residence. He could not diagnose the problem at the site and instead took the TV to the repair centre for a couple of days. The TV was repaired claiming that the sound was due to some weakening of soldering on the motherboard. We also paid duly to the service engineer. However the problem was not solved and infront of the service engineer we pointed out. He claimed that the service centre will arrange for the TV to be picked up. But so far the Service centre has been making excuses for not picking up the said TV. Its now close to a month an no action has been taken. Due to lack of and poor service not only will my TV become redundant but a exclusive and reputed brand will diminish in value. Hope complaint reaches the ears of the senior management through social media. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 23, 2016 Bvsun's response kindly solved my problems.

I have buy Panasonic LED on 25/08/2016 model no-TH22A403DX But within 2 months my LED is not working properly..when I have on the TV after few minutes volume was gone n screen was shaking and adopter was more heat.I have contact many time to customer care but not giving any response.my complain no-R[protected]..Plz kindly solved my problems .
