Panasonic — service not repaire the mobile under warrenty

Dear sir/Madam,
On Friday i visited the Panasonic service centre at mumbai(Croffered Market) place regarding my mobile complaint.but i not got any satisfactory answer from the same.
I had online purchased the Panasonic P81(black) IMEI-[protected] on dated 29/01/2015 from Amazone.in. Which under warranty and on that showing line on display Screen.
When i visited to service center they refused to change or repair the same stating that it's not come under warranty and you have to pay Rs.6, 000/- as a repairing charges for the same.
As i am using the cell with lots of care and handling it properly. After using so many branded phone i never face such problem.I am very upstate because of the non satisfactory service i got from the well non brand which on i trust from long back.
