Sir buy a panasonic smart phone from your company. The mob is out of service within 4. 5 months touch not work and bty backup problem, deposited my mob to your service center nashik, nashik service center not repair my mob in 1 month after 1 month he send to company for changing part of mob on 15 jun 15 company not repair mob till now. Pl tell me how many time expend in repair a mob. So just tell me whether you are giving me replacement or not. So that i can take further action.
