It's surprising, considering the brand name, the Panasonic customer service is terrible. I had registered a complaint regarding an issue in the inlet water pump in my Panasonic washing machine. I had registered a complaint on 20/06/2021.The service engineer showed up the other day, He said the inlet water pump as well as the water level sensor had blown up. So he took the 350 rupees visiting charges and promised to return back once the necessary part comes.
It's been more than a month, no one showed up, I called the customer care and requested them to fix my washing machine. The only answer was, the service engineer will come.
It's been very tough for us to manage our laundry without the washing machine.
It has caused a great deal of pain to us. Also the service engineer was unqualified and broke the part which holds the water pump while opening.
