Panasonic — TV Panel Spoilt - Asking for 29000 for a TV of 47000

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Model Number - TH-L39B60D Date of Incident - 5th July 2015 Technician Visit - 7th July Estimate Provided - 9th July Job Number - R[protected] I had purchased a Panasonic TV on 18th May 2013. The product warranty expired after 1 year and it has been 2 years and 2 months since I purchased the TV. I had issues with the panel and when the company technician he said the panel is spoilt and I have received an estimate of 29000 rs. from the service centre. For a TV that has been used for just over 2 years, why should I pay almost 65% of the price of my TV again? I know some parts are more expensive than other parts but 29000 for one part? I request Panasonic to replace this part for free as the TV is still very new. Regards, Assad Ulla Khan [protected]
