We purchased two windows ac (Serial # [protected] & [protected]) in 2017, with extended warranty, and three free ac service during extended warranty from vijay sales, laxmi nagar, delhi.
We logged the service call and mr. Wasim from appserve appliance pvt. Ltd came for servicing on 5/4/2018. Inspite of informing him that the said acs were in extended warranty, he refused to service them unless we pay up-front to him. He charged rs. 708/- towards service of 2 windows acs. During service time my wife was alone at home.
In the evening on 5/4/2018, i noticed that vent leaver of one of the acs was broken and i immediately logged the complaint by sms to the feedback message sent to my mobile # [protected] confirming that the vent lever was broken during service of ac.
I got back call from panasonic 3 - 4 times that they are sending engineer to replace it, but so far no one visited our house.
Today i got call from mr. Wasim from mobile # [protected], that he is coming and his visiting fee of rs. 300/- needs to be paid to him.
I am not able to understand the logic of paying visiting charges to mr. Wasim, as he broke the part during the service and left without even informing.
I cannot expect such poor level of service from a renowned company like panasonic. Was this information helpful? |
