[Resolved] Panasonic — Unresolved Service.... 7 months overdue | |||
I gave my21'' TV to your authorised service center on 21 May 2014. I was told it had yoke problem and it has to be replaced. I handover the TV on d above date. Job number assigned was 24655. Today 26th Dec 2014 as I am writing this complaint I still not got my TV back. This has caused huge mental agony to me. So many personal visits n phone calls which had no use. I lost my patience and going to file a case in consumer court against Panasonic n its authorised service center. Your service center details Bharani Electronics 568 Anna Salai Teynampet Chennai 600018. Phone no.[protected] Job no. 24655 dtd 21/0502014.
