Panasonic — VIERA 50" LED TV | |||||
My complaint NO. R[protected] done on the 8th of August and subsequent visit by the engineer is being neglected by Panasonic India.I had bought a VIERA television and found lines appear after a year o[censored]se on the screen.When I made a complaint the TV was replaced.Now after two years the same lines are appearing on the screen which makes viewing very disturbing.I lodged the above complaint and was promised replacement of part or change of the TV again, as I told them if your TVs start malfunctioning after one or two years, who will keep on buying expensive TV worth half a lac time and again.Despite various Tweets all that I have received is a copy paste reply that the part is not available and that it will be done once the parts are received.I clearly remember that the engineer informing me that if the part is not available then we will have to replace the TV.Now, it is past one and a half month but no reply or any feedback forthcoming from Panasonic India.Please if you could be of help as i cannot afford to go on buying another TV as suggested by their manager and I can avail of a discount voucher.Now this is too much.How can a person keep buying a new TV every second year?
