Panasonic — Worst in Service

I have booked a 32" LED TV from Crome outlet Rajouri Garden on dated 27th April 2015 which was delivered by them on dated 28th April 2015. Today 30th April 2015 & No one has visit from company to my house for installation of product. On dated 28th April 2015 a company FOS had call to my number & update, would visit for installation today, I took a leave from office but no one has visit. I have purchase 1 Panasonic AC from M/s Sargam last week & booked LED also as my friend has suggested me for Panasonic product but Sorry if this type of service provided by company, I never suggested anyone to purchase Panasonic product.
