I purchased a MW Oven which was delivered on 24/Jul/23.
I called [protected] for a demo & they provided me request number D[protected].
Shortly a technician called me and informed me that the product is not under free demo, and of i need a demo they will charge for ₹300/-.
I agreed to pay the charge & asked for the chargeable demo.
Now I am receiving the feedback in the Panasonic Whatsapp Handle that my request number D[protected] is cancelled due to customer not available at home.
Please clarify where is the gap???
Why Panasonic replying that request cancelled due to customer not available whereas they completed the request with charging unethically???
