This is regarding complaint of Cheating and Frauds against M/s.Pan Card Clubs Limited a company own and runs by M/s. Panoramic Group Of Companies whose head office situated at 111/113, Kaliandas Udyog Bhavan, Near Century Bazar Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025.

My Details are as follows

Agent code[protected]
Commencement date : 03/04/2006
Expiry of membership : 03/04/2015
Offer price paid : Rs. 24640/- ( Rs.280/- per night )
Surrender value after 9 years Rs. 850/- per night - Rs. 74800/-
Cheque issued for 74800/- on 09/11/2015 wide Ch No. 359061 drawn on State Bank Of India, Dadar Branch, but bounced due to insufficient fund
Several verbal reminders to agent Mr. Narayan Sawant (Code[protected] regarding this matter but he was not taking responsibility to recover the amount
5 to 6 reminders to their registered office by mail but no refund or not reissue the cheque.
Till date waiting for refund
