We have been unfortunate in placing our hard-earned money with the likes of Panchsheel Group during the[protected] period in a 1300+sqft apartment on the 1st floor.
2012: We were given the news that the developer (Panchsheel Group) had to surrender the tower (our allotted apartment) back to the authority as they didn't have clearances for construction.
2015: After numerous followups, the Panchsheel Group Mgmt decided to transfer my allotment to another tower under construction in the same project, We were offered an apartment above the 11th floor & our payments were adjusted accordingly, HOWEVER, the Preference Location Charges we had to pay for the 1st floor were never adjusted STILL.
2019: We took possession & got the registry done
2021: We decided to sell this unit & have been communicating/mailing Panchsheel staff
2022: After making payments for the NoC, the Panchsheel staff hasn't been responding over mails & suggesting over calls to make additional payments as their NoC fees have been hiked. On asking them to respond to my initial receipt payment made for NoC, they simply don't acknowledge the payments made.
I require the Panchsheel Group to acknowledge my payment through mail/receipt & share the draft/circular where the NoC rates revision are mentioned.
