paoascblr.gov.in — Non adjustment of increment, junior drawing more pay then senior

Dear Sir, I am JC-670204F Sub (PA) Dinesh Kumar Mishra retired on 31 Dec 2022. Sir, my one increment which was adjusted by PAO (OR) and the same was reflected in my pension payment order on directions from PAO (OR) the same increment was cancelled and again on 21 Dec 2022 new PPO was issued. Initial PPO in which increment was adjusted was issued on 15 Dec 22. Sir, now directions has been issued by IHQ of MOD (Army) vide their letter No A/34891/P&A/RO/MP 8 (I of R) dated 03 Jan 2023 and Advisory issued bt Army Pay Commission section, IHQ of MoD (Army) vide their letter No C/7099/Policy/SAPCS/2021 dated 04 Jul 2022 for stepping up of pay of the personal those who are drawing less pay than his juniors. I am also one of them. My juniors were drawing more pay than me when I was on active service. It can be compared with JC-670205 Sub Rajendra Kumar he is junior than me and drawing more pay then me also all my course met junior than meare also drawing more pay than me. please resolve the issue and adjust my increment at the earliest please.
