Please update me on my concern regulary raised on your helpdesk mail id thru my mail id ca. [protected]@gmail.com. I am regularly following you since last 2 months but you people are not responding. I have shifted to my flat 3 months back but i am not able to use my intercom properly. Despite of regular follow ups over mail as well as on calls, i am not able to get resolution. Please resolve this maximum by 10th of this month otherwise i have to raise the complaint to higher authorities of your organisation as well as to the gaursons limited or to its directors.

Please treat this as a final request before i proceed for any legal action.
