Like you, I am also one of the victim of Paramount Golf Foreste . I never got the demand for interest till second last payment, and suddenly got the demand with second last payment. Further there is no compensation given by builder for delayed possession by 13 months (excluding grace period of 6 months)

I am also one of the victim of Paramount golf foreste, I got the demand of interest only with second last payment e.g on completion of plaster work. Further there is no compensation given by builder on ground o[censored]njustified clause in BBA for timely payment. My total delay is around 13 months after excluding grace period of 6 months.
Plastering work of my villas is still incomplete, while i have made the payment against this demand in Dec 2013

Myself and 4 5 friends are in same boat and this builder is sending demand letter with due dates and does not cares about delivery of letter. I have not received many demand letters and now found heavy late payment interests are being applied.
He keeps on adding late payment interest without communicating properly to customers.
I have approached many times to customer supports and girls in support team are not well educated to address the complaints, in fact they are not even filing the complains. When every i tried to approach them they sent email that they tried to call me and hence dropping email. Where in fact they never called customer for any satisfaction or communication of demands or status of constructions.
I received the possession letter and i enquired to sent the photographs that represents the construction status but no response so far.
Please help all o[censored]s !
